Kaupunkikuva muuttuu / Changes again

Tässä istun jälleen.
Joo, lunta on tullut maahan oikein olan takaa. Lisäksi luin juuri paikallislehdestä, että tuulivoimaa tulee ehkä paikkaan X, mutta ei paikkaan Y, ei ainakaan vielä. No, aika sitten näyttäköön, miten niiden kanssa käy. Myöntää täytyy silti, että tuulimyllyt vievät ajatukseni isäni puoleisille sukujuurille. Siellä päin niitä myllyjä on myös.
Täällä kotikaupungissani taas näyttää mylläävän katutöiden buumi. Yksikin peiliristeys muutetaan toisenlaiseksi ja ne korkeat penkereet madalletaan. Hyvä niin! Se risteys onkin ollut päänvaivana monesti. Osaavatkohan autoilijat sitten varoa, kun siitä tulee tasa - arvoinen? Nykyään siinä on kolmiot.

Here I am again.
Snow has fallen. Is it permanent? I don't know. What I know for sure is my hometown is changing rapidly. First the wind mills came. There's at least 9 of them now. Whenever I see them, my thoughts go to the place where my father was born and where his relatives still live. There are lot of those wind mills in there.
But this hometown of mine goes through another kind of changes too. The streets are changing. One mirror crossing will be changed so that it will become equal. (I may not use the right terms, but I use the exact translation from my own language, so sorry if the terms are not quite what they should be.) At the moment it is not equal. I hope the drivers will understand the change once it is complete.
